Account Management

Registering a New Account

  1. Navigate to the Login page
  2. Select the Register option
  3. Enter your User Name, Email, and Password
  4. Click Create Account to finalize

Logging In

  1. From the Home Page, click Login
  2. Enter your Username and Password
  3. Click the Login button

Identity Verification (KYC)

Important: You must have a verified KYC status to create and host trips.
  1. Go to the Home Page and navigate to your Dashboard
  2. Click Apply KYC
  3. Input your Phone Number and Home Address
  4. Upload a digital copy of your ID Proof
  5. Click Submit for Verification

Trip Hosting

Creating a Trip

  1. On the Home Page, click Create Trip
  2. Fill in the following details:
    • Trip Name & Description
    • Payment Info & Cost (LKR)
    • Max Members
    • Start Date & End Date
  3. Click Publish Trip

Editing Your Trip

  1. Go to the Home Page and select Details on the specific trip
  2. Click Edit Trip
  3. Modify the necessary information
  4. Click Update Trip to save changes

Approving Members

  1. Navigate to your Dashboard from the Home Page
  2. Locate the My Trips list and click the Eye Icon next to the relevant trip
  3. Select Quick Approve to view pending members
  4. Review the Proof of Payment
  5. If the bank slip is valid, click Approve Payment

Joining a Trip

  1. On the Home Page, click Details on the desired Trip Card
  2. Click Join This Trip
  3. Select your Payment Type and enter your Contact Number
  4. If "Pay Now" is selected:
    • Upload your Bank Slip as proof of transfer
    • Click Confirm Join
